It’s not easy for us to diet either because we are serious foodies but we to try to make healthy choices. I’m also a computer addict!!! Just can’t help it.

I am with you on the dieting. I have given up trying however I do walk more if I have eaten some rich food.
Glad I’m not alone Judy. I got myself a pair of exercise walking shoes and and another pair of sandals that give you a workout as you walk, plus I have a stationary bike. Have to try and burn it off somehow! Thanks for visiting and have a great weekend!
