ONE WORD CHALLENGE 2013

Here’s an interesting concept.  
Instead of making complicated New Year’s Resolutions, how about just a single,
POWERFUL word, to describe what you wish to do this year?  

Hubby and I have been feeling our ages lately,
(over-the-hill and sliding down the other side),

and are determined to lose some weight and improve our physical conditions.  Apart from general good health, the big motivation here is to be fit and limber for our trip to Europe in September.  

We’ll be exploring the ancient ruins of Greece, among other places and it certainly wouldn’t do to be knocked down by fatigue.  To that end, my one word for this year is:
